Paul Wyman has taken Voice Dialogue therapy and evolved it to be used in leadership and transformative coaching. He calls this Inner Team Dialogue. Parts work like this (IFS – Internal Family Systems is another known approach) is a powerful way to expand our consciousness and shift into a more whole integrated human and person. I love using this with approach with clients!
