Renelle Darr is the founder and President of InSight Coaching & Consulting. She is an energetic leader with global expertise in change transformation, emotional intelligence, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness and facilitation. She has over twenty years of experience spanning several industries including education, government, healthcare, consumer products and non-profit.

She has coached hundreds of business and education leaders to improve their overall leadership and effectiveness. She has also led large, complex global organizational change and strategy engagements both as a consultant and internal leader. She is known for her ability to drive results while balancing the needs of teammates, employees and stakeholders. Her approach is grounded in emotional intelligence which is a top indicator of leadership and organizational effectiveness.

In addition, Renelle speaks and facilitates workshops on emotional intelligence, culture and change transformation and related topics for organizations and teams. She passionately believes in gender parity in the workforce and thus serves as an on-location speaker, facilitator and mentor for The Leadership Investment. She also serves in interim executive roles during transitions to help foster cultures and re-shape strategy.

Renelle has previously worked at Deloitte, United Way and the North Highland Company.

She has a B.S. in Business Administration from Kansas State University and a M.B.A. from the University of Colorado. She holds ICF’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) distinction and is also a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach through the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence. She received additional coach training through the College of Executive Coaching, professional facilitation training and holds an organizational change certification from Prosci.

She is certified or qualified to use a number of assessments including: The Leadership Circle Profile, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile, DiSC, The Leadership Challenge, StrengthsFinder 2.0 and more.

Carrie Arnold has 20 years’ experience working in healthcare, human resources, training and organizational development. She has worked for multi-hospital systems in leadership positions and has taught at the university level. She has consulted in human resources, education, leadership development, program development, quality and marketing. As an executive coach, she has worked with over 90 clients and has coached at the President, CFO, COO, CHRO, V.P., Physician and Superintendent level.

Carrie has trained as a leadership coach at Georgetown University through their Center for Continuing and Professional Education. She is certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a Professional Certified Coach and a Board Certified Coach. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Organizational Management. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Human Development at Fielding Graduate University with an expected completion date of January 2017. She is a trained Lean facilitator, mediator, and DDI instructor. Carrie is PHR Certified (Professional in Human Resources) through the Society for Human Resource Management. She is certified to administer and interpret The Leadership Circle Profile and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Tracy Burke is a coach and consultant who has the rare ability to go beneath the surface and engage in meaningful dialogue, helping to unleash the full potential of leaders and their teams. Tracy cares deeply about what matters to people, so she stays present and connected in every coaching conversation – artfully asking questions to guide leaders to a deeper, more vivid understanding of their own strengths, desires and challenges.

Tracy began her career as an experiential educator, creating break-through learning experiences for at-risk youth. In 1989, she joined Pecos River Learning Centers and began utilizing her expertise to create high impact, transformational experiences in the corporate sector. Since then, Tracy has spent 25 years honing her skills in organizational and human development, earning a master’s degree in clinical social work along the way. She has used her deep and diverse background to support change efforts at all levels working with individuals, teams, and organizations in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and healthcare.

Most recently, Tracy spent 8 years in the customer experience department at Kaiser Permanente leading project teams in their efforts to improve service and build customer loyalty. Tracy designed and delivered service curricula, coached leaders and staff, provided expertise on building employee engagement, and led strategic projects requiring a strong foundation in the integration of human and business systems. Leaders who have worked with Tracy describe her as authentic, clear, intuitive and committed. She is known for nudging people outside of their comfort zone to experience profound levels of self-awareness, growth, and personal reward. She leads a passionate, integrated life filled with people who inspire her, yoga, hiking and constant learning.

Bonnie Davis is a consultant and coach who partners with organizations and individuals to design, deliver and collaborate on programs that: develop leaders, help people through times of change, improve performance, enhance company culture, and help teams work better together. Bonnie describes her coaching style as collaborative and results-oriented. Specific focus areas have spanned executive presence and confidence, motivating teams, manager as coach, high impact conversations, leading change, and leadership improvements in response to 360-degree feedback. She also enjoys her volunteer time coaching women in need through Dress for Success.

Bonnie previously held leadership roles in HR and OD at Avaya, Sun Microsystems, Level 3 Communications, and consulting roles at Aon Consulting and Deloitte and Touche. She also teaches at the University of Denver.

Bonnie has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Business Administration from American University. She is a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute and Lominger/Korn Ferry (Voices 360), and a certified facilitator.

LIESA TAYLOR brings a sharp focus on operational effectiveness through programs which are well-aligned to business strategy. Her clients describe her as sharp, analytical, pragmatic, and approachable.

Liesa has nineteen years of experience, spanning both consulting and in-house human resources and organization development roles. Liesa has assessed and built company culture, led large-scale change, developed catalytic learning experiences, and facilitated team retreats. She has partnered with C-suite executives and first-line managers and can tailor her approach to either.

Her previous leadership experience includes being the Vice President of HR for Hewlett Packard’s marketing function where she built and led the HR team supporting 2,500 employees globally. She has held various leadership roles at Sun Microsystems and Deloitte Consulting. And she has taught at the University of Denver.

She holds a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Miami University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Liesa is certified in Korn/Ferry Leadership Architect and MBTI.

Dena Wyatt has played an integral part in helping individuals and teams improve their communication skills. A former Dale Carnegie instructor and trainer and founder of Marketing Evolutions, Dena brings more than 20 years of experience in helping others to BE their best.

Her techniques and strategies have re-written the rule-book when it comes to presentation training, public speaking, and related insider perception surveys and continue to win projects for her clients. At the end of the day, Dena empowers her clients to achieve their objectives and master the skills they need to WIN!

In addition to having endless enthusiasm to help people with project pursuits and feeling more comfortable speaking in public, Dena participates in charity bike rides and makes active industry connections in the Better Networking Through Skiing (BNTS) group she co-founded.

Sean Calhoun is a certified coach and student of leadership. Sean coaches a variety of clients—from up-and-coming leaders to more seasoned professionals. Sean brings a keen sense of self, a strong support framework, and the goal to challenge his clients to take on bold, life-changing actions. Most recently, Sean was a consultant in the Business Growth Solutions practice at Karrikins Group, a boutique management consultancy in Denver. Sean led client engagements and project delivery on change management, culture and engagement, and strategy projects.

He has seven years of experience working across a variety of industries including federal policy, architecture and urban planning, start-up CPG, and traditional management consulting.

Sean has an M.B.A. from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado and a B.A. in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Emory University.

Sean is a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
